TUCSON, Ariz. (August 7, 2019) – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Jason McFarland to Manager of the company’s Marco Island (Fla.) service office at 901 N. Collier Blvd.
McFarland joined Truly Nolen in August 2015 as a renewal inspector and has nearly 20 years of experience in the pest control industry. Over the last year, he took on the challenge of a full-time sales position and earned “President’s Club” level, which is the highest honor a salesperson can achieve with the company.
Some of McFarland’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local Marco Island community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team. “I am most excited about the opportunity to step into the leadership role and to help facilitate and build a successful team in Marco Island,” said McFarland. “My favorite thing about working for the company is the feeling of family I have each and every day.”
